People in rural areas are better off than those in the city: IMF

The International Monetary Fund says the decline in income per capita in Gauteng Province is more severe than in any other province. This basically means people in rural areas are better off there than in the economic hub. And the IMF is attributing this to the current unfavourable economic conditions.
