ON MARCH 19, former Kenyan prime minister Raila Odinga posted two unusual statements on his Facebook page: “A storm is coming”, and then, a little while later, “I will give more details very soon”. These posts from a page of which the previous updates had been pictures of and the latest on the politician’s engagements stirred a lot of excitement, as noted in the comments, which continue to stream in to date. The page has not been updated since.
