IF WE are serious about real transformation, perhaps in the future SA might need to mull whether regulating the big cheques that some companies offer to try to attract sought-after black talent is an appropriate course of action.
A number of talented black executives are in the money in SA at the expense of real corporate transformation. These darkies change jobs like underwear, partly because there is a culture in which a number of companies struggling to groom their own black executives in order to transform themselves dole out vast sums of money to lure black executives from elsewhere.
